Description

You see a pair of translucent boots that seem to be made of a strange material. Almost insubstantial, and very hot to the outer touch, the boots appear to be made of some kind of steam, regardless of how absurd that may seem. Crafted in the quasi-elemental plane of steam by the centipedal gods of that realm, the mystical boots radiate great power. It has a magical glow about it.
