Description

You see a wispy, and very light draping of silk that seems to phase in and out of your view as you look at it. Regardless of the insubstantiality of the cloak, it appears very strong indeed. Crafted in the quasi-elemental plane of thunder by the centipedal gods of that realm, the cloak radiates great power. It has a magical glow about it. It appears to be enhanced.
