Description

This is a mantle worn by Piccolo. You immediately notice that this garment is mysteriously heavy. Well, perhaps not so mysterious as when you flip it over you notice heavy steel bits sewn into the lining Both Piccolo and Goku are known to use weighted garments while training to increase their strength. It has a magical glow about it. It looks heavy.
