 When covert or clandestine operations are required it is often
 necessary for movement to remain unnoticed by one's enemies. To
 facilitate silent motion, the White Noise Generator was developed
 to create a heterogeneous mixture of sonic waves extending over a
 wide frequency range. This serves to nullify the sound created by
 movement, leaving a Cyborg's approach or departure undetected.
