 Installed in each finger of the hand, Hand Razors consist of retractable
 blades constructed from an advanced polymer capable of slicing through
 the strongest of metals. However their composition is highly unstable
 and when extended they need a constant energy source to maintain their
 structural integrity. If power was to fail they would cease to function
 completely until it was restored.
