Description
The Ashridge Acres development is late being finished, and at this rate doesn't look like it will ever be done. The developer is tearing his hair out, and the workers have all walked out, all because of an infestation of Monchies!
Mobs and Loot
Most of the monchies are 7k, some are aggressive and some are hiding. The king monchie is 41k, but he'll throw you out of his hole if you just attack him so you'll have find a way to hurt him first. He drops a sceptre, which you can trade for a decent (breakable) pair of Monchie hide boots if you know who to talk to.
The biggest monchie is the queen who is worth 46k. She is guarded by two 27k guards who assist. These guards are non-aggressive and well hidden. If you kill the queen, she'll drop a corset, which will increase your Charisma, but decrease your Dexterity.
