 Externally fused to the full exterior of a cyborg's leg, the Active
 Impulse Exoleg works on a similar principle to Wired Reflexes but on
 a much smaller scale. The implant stimulates the nervous impulses that
 travel throughout the limb, allowing them to react at a faster rate,
 improving response times and enhancing nimbleness and skill.
