 After developments to the telescopic riot shield proved to be too
 limited in their capabilities, the project was scrapped for a new
 approach. Rather than depending on alloys with a metal composition,
 a concentrated field of energy is created which has proven much 
 better at nullifying the force of impacts, rather than just blocking
 a strike
