 The most basic form of power storage that a Cyborg has access to, the
 Battery Pack, works on the principle of electron containment and the
 slow release of energy based around internal resistance.  This form of
 storage doesn't have the capacity of more advanced systems but it is
 reliable and ideal for the more fundamental Cyborg. 

 In-Game Bonus: Adds Power for Implants.  Your total power systems can not use more than 25% of the total control
 of your S.I.N.C. In addition, for every 1 point of power generation, 
 50 points of storage are required.
