 CYBORGS :: Knee Spike

 For pure, unadulterated carnage there is very little that beats the
 brutal ferocity of a Knee Spike. Installed between the implant and
 the knee is a power source that makes use of latent energy that
 reacts upon impact, vastly increasing the amount of force delivered
 by the blow.
