 Metal isn't conducive to buoyancy so the C.R.C. developed additional
 means to staying afloat -- namely Retractable Dive Fins. They extend
 from the sole, out through the ball of the foot and under the toes.
 Where a cyborg might previously have sunk to a watery grave this
 implant allows him or her to safely navigate aquatic environments.
