Like all pulsers, the Psychoactive Pulser functions by periodically firing after brief downtime to allow it to recharge. When it does, it emits a high intensity neural wave that disrupts both brain tissue and electronic subcircuits. More subtle than many other offensive weapons, the effect of this implant is no less devastating.
Note: The pulse from this weapon will hit every enemy in the room.
