 The Automation Control Unit is designed to interface with a cyborg's
 SINC, allowing them to input a series of commands that are then 
 performed every round. In essence this implant mechanizes a series of
 thought processes, leaving what remains of the cyborg's human central
 nervous system free to concentrate on other matters.

 This implant gives access to the 'automate' power.
