 of batteries alone, the C.R.C. realized that achieving superior energy 
 storage densities was possible using chemical double layer
 Ultracapacitor Chains. These power stores operate more reliably,
 require less maintenance and are capable of delivering bursts of high
 power and rapid recharge from any energy source.

 In-Game Bonus: Adds Power for Implants.  Your total power systems can not use more than 25% of the total control
 of your S.I.N.C. In addition, for every 1 point of power generation, 
 50 points of storage are required.
