 The continual nuisance of temporal disturbances created by the Gentech
 has long been a thorn in the side of the cybernetically-enhanced. It 
 was deemed necessary by the C.R.C. to monitor these shifts in space-time
 as an aid to once again even the playing field. This technologically
 advanced processing unit is capable of detecting even the slightest
 disturbance in time in any isolated area.

 This implant gives access to the 'monitor' and 'unmonitor' commands.
