QT Amulet

A platinum medallion dangles from a thin silver cord.  The front of
the amulet is smooth and well polished -- it won't even pick up your
fingerprints.  Looking closer, you can see hints of circuitry on the
reverse side.
This item is bound to you.
If bound, this item has a chance to stick with you over boots.
It has a magical glow about it.
You must be level 30 to wear this.
You must be no higher than level 200 to wear this.

Compared to other armors of this type, this one blows ass.
This armor has no special defense against melee attacks.

This item has a detailed history:
No one knows the origin of these amulets, but the power contained
therein is undeniable.  Using the command word (qtport) allows a person
to quantum teleport instantly to a location that he has previously seen.
To mark locations for teleportation, use 'qtmark' and 'qtview' for
status.

Don't set it in your house. You will not get teleported to your house.
