 The effects of electricity can be deadly to a Cyborg since the 
 disruption of their SINC could potentially cause catastrophic seizure. 
 For this reason the C.R.C. developed the electromagnetic field generator 
 known as the Emmer Net. This implant is constructed of a coil made of an 
 alloy of cobalt and rare earths, not subject to magnetic effects but 
 capable of producing a magnetic field when appropriately powered. The 
 field produced by the implant repels high-voltage electrical strikes and 
 also certain low-grade forms of radiation.
