CYBORGS :: Plasma Supercooler
Making use of advanced thermodynamic research, the C.R.C. has produced the Plasma Supercooler, a device that actually lowers the body temperature to a supercooled state, where the bodily fluids are below the freezing point, yet still in liquid form. In a somewhat paradoxical way, this provides protection from cold by negating the impact freezing has on the cellular level.
