CYBORGS :: I.R. Filter
While the human eye's view of light is limited, prohibiting it from observing infrared lightwaves, technology knows no such boundaries. With the proper filter, we are able to convert these rays of light into a slightly higher frequency giving the cyborg an observable red-tinted view of the environment in a much more portable method than spacey goggles from older ages.
