 CYBORGS :: Nanite Factory
 The design of the Nanite Factory was necessitated when cyborgs began to
 shift the balance and become more machine than flesh. Damaged machinery
 could not be repaired by the cyborg's organic systems and vice versa. To
 combat this issue the C.R.C. developed nanite reconstructors devised to
 repair cybernetics. These reconstructors produced by the Nanite Factory
 immediately go to work rebuilding the cyborg's cybernetic systems on an
 atomic level. By building at the nanoscale a level of precision and
 speed can be achieved that regenerates large areas of wrecked machinery
 in a matter of seconds.
 Note: 100 power storage is required to install this implant.
 This implant gives access to the 'nanthresh' and 'reconstruct' powers.
