Sii Glossary: Great River

Great River

A small continuous twist of the Great Ocean , which resonates with a particular frequency. Improper training results in a limited ability to control only particular portions of the Great Ocean . Those whose abilities are limited in this way can only communicate with others attuned to the same frequency, or the same Great River . The Ka'lee factions in the Great War are each attuned to a different River. The Ka'lee now known as Sii are believed to have overcome this limitation, but it is unknown if this is true, or if the Sii have merely created a new River in the Great Ocean .
