CYBORGS :: Performance Monitor
The C.R.C. has long recognized that giving Cyborgs the tools to fine tune themselves is a valuable addition. With this in mind, they created the Performance Monitor to allow a Cyborg to determine the optimal defensive systems they should use in any particular scenario.
This implant gives access to the 'perfmon' power.
