Freon is a stable, nonflammable, moderately toxic liquid or gas, which is commonly used as a refrigerant. Most commonly
used in the maintenance and cleaning of computer parts, CRC saw the potential for developing Freon into a weapon. Comb
ining the liquid form of Freon with a high pressure injection delivery system, can cause serious damage into any flesh
or organic matter. Upon delivery, any flesh or organic matter in the region of the Freon injection will almost instantly
begin to freeze. The Freon is naturally produced within the cyborgs finger, and kept isolated in order to avoid
inadvertedly damaging the cyborg internally.
