CYBORGS :: Compound Irradiator
The Compound Irradiator is essentially a scaled-down version of a neutron bomb with the ability to directly focus the results. It is based around nuclear fission but was designed to emit a great deal more high energy neutrons and gamma rays than a standard nuclear reaction.
