The pop can be refilled after it's been empty for a certain duration (it will give you a message when it's ready to refill). The syntax is "refill pop" in any room of Death Taco. "ready to refill" message is: "The red cup tingles. Maybe it's a good time to get a refill now!" The message will repeat again at set intervals even if you don't refill it.
